2009 Project Description
Activity included meeting with contemporaries in the animal nutrition area to investigate ways of developing a system for publishing updated nutrient requirements of livestock and poultry more frequently than is currently being done.
2009 Impact
Contacts were made at multi-state meetings, regional and national animal science meetings, and feed industry conferences. Various options were discussed which led to the submission of a National Research Support Project Proposal to the Experiment Station Directors.
