Data Availability from the American Community Survey

The type of data available from the American Community Survey depends on the size of your community or county.
For areas with populations of less than 20,000 persons, the ACS provides 5-year estimates only.
For areas with populations of 65,000 persons or more, the ACS provides 1, 3, and 5-year estimates.
For areas with populations between these, the ACS provides 3 and 5-year estimates.
Below is a map of Kentucky and a list of counties grouped by the type of data available from the American Community Survey.
