Leadership Development Resources

In 2004, the State Leadership Development Committee was formed to help coordinate and enhance leadership development in the Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service.

This committee formed out of an informal group which had been formed to enhance leadership development and leadership development programs across Kentucky and in Cooperative Extension.
