"The Impacts and Outcomes of Welfare Reform

This research examines the
outcomes of welfare reform through an investigation of the impact of
differential spatial distribution on the characteristics and composition of
the Kentucky Temporary Assistance Program (K-TAP) caseload.
In addition to databases developed through UK Cooperative Extension, we used the linked administrative data or "REDB" (research and evaluation database) developed for the Cabinet for Families and Children at the University of Louisville, Center for Policy Research and Evaluation. This research was made possible by a Policy Outcome Research Grant from the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. |
