Bringing the market to you!

Wildcat Market, building from last year's inagural event, is a free farmers market where students can take home fresh produce (with tote bags) whiles supplies last.

University of Kentucky's Student Activities Board (SAB) and Student Government Association (SGA) are collaborating on this year's event and subsidizing produce from the Organic Farming Unit at South Farm to give to participants.

Students who register to participate will be able to get a voucher for $12 worth of free produce. Last year, over 600 students attended. This year, the event anticipates more students and giving away around 10k in produce.

The UK South Farm Community Supported Agriculture (CSA), an integral component of sustainable agriculture undergraduate curriculum at the Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture's Department of Horticulture, is a partner of the Wildcat Market.
